Below I have provided examples of the kind of paperwork I commonly complete during my Stage Managing process.

French Scene Breakdowns are one of the first documents I like to make when creating Stage Management documents because they break down exactly where and when every single actor is on/off stage. This document becomes the lifeline to other paperwork that gets created

The Casting Call Sheet (on the right) is important because you must have your actors sign off whether or not they accept their role. If they do, there must be information provided on when the first rehearsal will be and what days do block out for future rehearsals. In certain cases, a document for the First Day of Rehearsal (on the left) is very helpful for actors too!

For the sake of space, I provided a small portion of an example I have making a Production Analysis. (I definitely advice you click to enlarge the photo with this image.) The Production Analysis is similar to a French Scene Breakdown, but goes further in depth by tracking light, sound, costume, set, and prop cues as well--incredibly helpful down the road when everything starts coming together.
